Vibe Venue has a maximum capacity limit of 80 guests
Client agrees not to exceed this limit at any time during the event. Any violation of the guest limit may result in additional fees or immediate termination of the event without refund.
1.Deposit & Reservation
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure the event date. No date shall be reserved until the deposit has been received by Vibe Venue. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to the event for any reason.
2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the conclusion of the event. Client agrees to pay for any additional charges incurred during the event, including but not limited to additional guest count, overtime or extended event hours, additional services requested, damages to venue property, missing items or equipment, and excessive cleaning.
3. Credit Card Authorization
Client agrees to provide a valid credit card to remain on file. By signing this agreement, Client authorizes Vibe Venue to charge the card on file for damages, missing items, overtime charges, cleaning fees, repair costs, or any additional charges incurred during the event.
4. Cleaning Fee
A refundable cleaning fee of $300.00 is required prior to the event. The cleaning fee will be refunded provided that all personal items, decorations, and food are removed and the venue is left in the same condition in which it was provided.
5. Event Timing & Overtime
Client and guests must vacate the premises by the agreed event end time. Any time exceeding the contracted event hours will be billed at an additional rate determined by Vibe Venue and charged to the card on file.
6. Weather & Climate Conditions
Vibe Venue is not responsible for weather conditions, power outages, acts of nature, emergencies, or circumstances beyond its control that may affect the event. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided due to circumstances beyond Vibe Venue’s control.
7. Outside Catering Policy & Client Responsibility
Outside food is permitted only if Vibe Venue is not providing catering services for the event. Client assumes full responsibility for all food and beverages brought into the venue and acknowledges that all outside food must come from a licensed restaurant or a SERV Safe-certified individual. Vibe Venue shall not be held liable for any illness, allergic reaction, food poisoning, improper food handling, or beverage-
related incident associated with outside food or drinks brought into the venue.
The venue does not provide to-go containers, cups, bags, utensils, plates, or any disposable or serving ware. All such items are the sole responsibility of the client and/or their chosen caterer. Should the client request or require the venue to provide any of these items, an additional charge will apply based on usage and availability. These items are not guaranteed and are subject to approval and billing at the venue’s discretion.
8. General Liability
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Venue, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from the event, including personal injury, property damage, theft, or actions of guests and vendors.
9. Alcohol, Smoking, Vaping & Guest Responsibility Policy
NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE, OUTSIDE THE VENUE, IN THE PARKING LOT, OR ANYWHERE ON OR NEAR VIBE VENUE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.
Client is fully responsible for all guests, attendees, vendors, entertainers, and children present during the event.
If alcohol is discovered anywhere on or near the property, Vibe Venue reserves the right to immediately shut down and terminate the event without warning. All payments made, including deposits and cleaning fees, shall be forfeited, and the remaining full balance shall still be owed and payable by the Client. Additional fines, damages, cleaning fees, or penalty charges may also apply.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the venue at any time. If Smoking or Vaping is occurs inside the premises, Vibe Venue reserves the right to immediately shut down and terminate the event without warning. All payments made, including deposits and cleaning fees, shall be forfeited, and the remaining full balance shall still be owed and payable by the Client. Additional fines, damages, cleaning fees, or penalty charges may also apply.
